Washington, DC (intecnet) March 1, 2007 – INTECaec of Brookeville, Maryland, has been selected by the U. S. Treasury Department, Bureau of Public Dept, to provide architecture, engineering and construction services to the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, D. C. INTEC was awarded a 5-year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contract, covering a wide range of services, including facility assessments, conceptual design, full design, construction management, cost estimates, and engineering support services. INTEC was selected based on their impressive track record of performing similar services to clients throughout the Washington, D. C. and Baltimore area.
Washington, DC (intecnet) October 3, 2007 – INTECaec of Brookeville, Maryland, has been selected by US Department of State and DesBuild, Inc. to design expanded Visa Pavilion facilities at the U. S. Embassy in Mexico City and at the U. S. Consulate General in Monterrey, Mexico. Project is to be design/build and needs quick turnaround to meet the growing demand for travel Visas between Mexico and the United States. A design team was on the site within two weeks of contract award demonstrating INTEC’s dedication to rapid response.
Baltimore, MD (intecnet) October 20, 2007 – INTECaec, a woman-owned architecture and engineering firm located in Brookeville, Maryland, has been selected by JMT Engineering and the MD State Highway Administration to assist in the assessment of more than one hundred highway facilities statewide. Recommendations for fire safety improvements will be made and each of the facilities documented electronically by INTEC’s architectural/CAD staff. |
